Let me tell you why I ask who you want to be.

Any leader will tell you the inevitable challenges you will face, which require not just action but an introspective look at your goals, the knowledge and skills you need to reach them, and the mindset necessary for successful problem-solving.

People tend to talk a lot about the “where” of this journey. Where are you now, where are you coming from, and where do you want to go?

Well, today, I want to focus on the “Who.” Who are you now in your pursuit of moving both your career and company forward, and who do you want to become?

Why is this important?

If you can define yourself and the role you need to play to be successful, you can determine the actionable changes required of you, the new knowledge you need to gain, and the specific tools you need to take your success to the next level.
